Dinner with Gavin Rossdale Anyone?
If you know me, you know my love for music—and if you really know me, you know that one of my absolute favorite artists in the world is Gavin Rossdale of Bush —he’s a legend. But did you also know he’s an incredible cook? Well, if you didn’t, you’re about to find out because Gavin is bringing his culinary skills to a whole new audience with his brand-new cooking show, Dinner with Gavin Rossdale!
Yes, you read that right. The rock icon himself is stepping into the kitchen and inviting us along for the ride. And let me tell you, this is not your typical cooking show. This new series is all about food, music, and great conversation, with Gavin whipping up gourmet dishes while chatting with special guests, including Jack McBrayer, Serena Williams, Tom Jones, Common, and more. If you’ve ever wanted to see rock meet the refined art of cooking, this is it.
As someone who has followed Gavin's career and knows him, I can say this is just another reason to admire the guy. He’s always been passionate about food, and now we get a front-row seat to watch him work his magic in the kitchen. Plus, knowing Gavin, the conversations are bound to be just as rich as the meals he’s serving up.
So whether you’re a longtime Bush fan, a foodie, or just love a good cooking show with a twist, Dinner with Gavin Rossdale is a must-watch. Trust me, you don’t want to miss this streaming now.

Love Bites: Horror Movies for a Killer Valentine’s Day
Roses are red, violets are blue, love is terrifying… and I wouldn’t have it any other way. If you know me, you know I have a massive love for horror—whether it’s the biggest blockbusters, underrated B-movies, or cult classics. So, when Valentine’s Day rolls around, I’m not reaching for sappy rom-coms—I’m queuing up something with a little more blood and a lot more bite.
If you’re looking to celebrate love with a horror twist, here are my top picks for a killer Valentine’s Day movie marathon:
1. My Bloody Valentine (1981 & 2009)
What’s more fitting than a slasher flick named after the holiday itself? The original 1981 version is a gritty, old-school slasher filled with pickaxes, small-town paranoia, and an unforgettable final act. The 2009 remake takes things up a notch with over-the-top kills and some gnarly 3D effects. Either way, both films serve up heart-stopping horror with a Valentine’s twist.
2. Valentine (2001)
Early 2000s horror had a vibe, and Valentine is a prime example. Featuring an underrated cast (including Denise Richards and David Boreanaz), this slasher gives us a masked killer taking revenge on a group of former classmates. Bonus points for its killer soundtrack, packed with early-2000s alt-rock goodness.
3. Bride of Frankenstein (1935)
Forget your typical love stories—this is the ultimate tale of love, tragedy, and rejection. Bride of Frankenstein is one of the greatest horror films ever made, and it gives us one of the most iconic couples in monster movie history. If you’re in the mood for something classic with a touch of gothic romance, this one’s essential.
4. Heart Eyes (2024)
The newest entry on the list, Heart Eyes brings fresh, modern horror with a dark, twisted love story at its core. If you haven’t checked it out yet, this one’s definitely worth adding to your Valentine’s horror lineup for a great date night.
5. Bride of Chucky (1998)
If love is chaotic, then Chucky and Tiffany are the ultimate couple goals. Bride of Chucky delivers everything you want in a horror-comedy—brutal kills, dark humor, and Jennifer Tilly’s unforgettable performance as Tiffany. Plus, it gave us a soundtrack filled with rock and metal bangers, so you really can’t go wrong.
Whether you’re spending Valentine’s Day with your partner, your friends, or just embracing the horror-loving solitude, these films prove that love and terror go hand in hand.
Got any favorite horror films for Valentine’s Day? Let’s hear ‘em!

Q102 Presents: Tiny Room Concert Series with Keith Wallen
This weekend, we had the honor of welcoming our buddy Keith Wallen back for our second Tiny Room Concert Series. If you caught our first session, you know this is all about hanging out, talking music and life, and enjoying some raw, stripped-down acoustic tunes. And man, did Keith deliver!
Keith is currently on tour with 10 Years, so it was great to catch up and hear about life on the road. We also dove into his experience on Shiprocked, which, if you haven’t heard, is an epic rock-and-roll cruise where bands and fans collide in the best way possible. Keith had some awesome stories to share from that adventure. Looking ahead, we also talked about what 2025 has in store for him, and let’s just say—big things are coming!
Of course, the highlight of the session was the music. Keith treated us to three acoustic songs. There’s something about hearing those songs stripped down that really makes you appreciate the artistry and passion behind them. It was a special moment that we won’t soon forget.
A huge thank you to Keith for making the time, and a massive shoutout to Cowboy, Blake, Leslie, and Mike The Intern for all their help in bringing this together. And of course, we couldn’t have pulled this off without the talent of our very own Magic Tyler, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes working the video, audio, and the video edit.
These Tiny Room Concerts have quickly become one of our favorite ways to connect with artists and fans alike, and we can’t wait to keep them going. Stay tuned for more to come, and if you missed this one—don’t worry. We’ve got plenty more in store.
Until next time, rock on!

Interview with Daughtry: Talking "The Dam," New Album, and Touring with Disturbed & Creed
I recently had the incredible opportunity to chat with the one and only Chris Daughtry to discuss his latest single, upcoming album, and exciting tour plans. This was such a fun interview, and it was great to finally talk with Chris about all the amazing things he has in store for 2025 and beyond.
"The Dam" - Climbing the Active Rock Charts
Daughtry's latest single, "The Dam," is making waves on Active Rock radio, currently sitting at No. 13 and climbing. The track has been receiving massive support from fans and rock stations across the country, solidifying Daughtry’s place as a powerhouse in the rock scene.
To complement the single, Daughtry and his label (Big Machine Label Group) recently dropped an epic, sci-fi-inspired music video for "The Dam," directed by the talented Jensen Noen (who has worked with Twenty One Pilots and Falling In Reverse). The video is available on all platforms and is a must-watch for fans of visually stunning, story-driven rock videos.
Shock to the System (Part One) & What’s Next
"The Dam," along with the band’s previous chart-topping singles "Pieces" and "Artificial," are all featured on Shock to the System (Part One), Daughtry’s debut release with Big Machine Rock. The album, released on September 27th, 2024, is the first installment of a two-part project, with Shock to the System (Part Two) expected to drop later this year.
Daughtry shared some insight into what fans can expect from the upcoming release and how this two-part approach allows him to explore different sonic landscapes. Given the success of Part One, anticipation is high for the next chapter in this epic rock journey.
Touring with Disturbed and Creed
Fans won’t have to wait long to see Daughtry live, as the band is gearing up for two massive tours in 2024.
- First up, they’ll be hitting the road with Disturbed on The Sickness 25th Anniversary Tour, running from March 29th to May 17th.
- Later in the summer, they’ll be joining Creed for the highly anticipated Summer of ’99 Tour, which includes a stop at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in August.
Chris expressed his excitement about getting back on the road and playing these new songs live, promising an unforgettable experience for fans attending these shows.
