So I had completely forgot that before my Crossfit RTB journey I had decided (against my better judgment) to buy a DVD work out set called 10 Minute Trainer. Just 10 minutes a day and I could be toned and beach body ready. Yeah right. A DVD doesn't get me off the couch to actually do the work out. LOL! But with that DVD set came a "measurement tracker" and it looks like I filled it out! So I decided to remeasure myself to see if I've lost anything. Now, I know I feel better. My clothes are looser but have I really LOST any inches in the 7th week of Crossfit RTB. Here goes....
Chest (before) 36 inches (now) 34 inches: YAY 2" lost!
Arms (before) 15 inches (now) 15 inches: No matter. I have a "bump" there that looks like a muscle or something.
Waist (before) 41 inches... YUCK (now) 39 inches: YAY 3 inches LOST. I'll take that since that's the part that was WRECKED thanks to pregnancy!
Hips (before) 47 inches... boo! (now) 44 inches: YAY! 3 inches LOST!!!!
Thighs (before) 27 inches (now) 26 inches: YAY! 1 Inch LOST!!!
If you're new to working out or Crossfit might I suggest Crossfit 101 to get you started. SO happy to be seeing results! Because isn't that what matters????
